Atiku absent as President Buhari and other presidential candidates sign peace accord.

Presidential candidate of PDP, Atiku Abubakar was absent as President Muhammadu Buhari and other party presidential candidates signed peace accord ahead of 2019 election.


The ceremony was organized by the National Peace Committee, and taking place at the International Conference Center (ICC), Abuja.

Other key presidential candidates that were absent include  Mr. Donald Duke – Social Democratic Party, (SDP), Mr. Omoyele Sowore – African Action Congress (AAC) and Mrs Obi Ezekwesili – Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN).
