Buhari Currently Meeting Tinubu, Akande, Oyegun Over Obasanjo Letter.

President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting a national leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

Also in the meeting holding inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja is a chieftain of the party, Chief Bisi Akande.

The meeting is coming a few hours after former President Olusegun Obasanjo, issued a statement urging Buhari not to run for the 2019 elections.

Tinubu and Akande, who met with the president for about an hour, declined to speak to State House correspondents after the meeting.

It would be recalled that the two chieftains were absent at the last Thursday’s night dinner hosted by President Buhari for APC chieftains across the country.

The national chairman of the APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, led the party chieftains during the dinner.
