Woman Arrested For Sleeping With Her Daughter's Boyfriend

A Texas mother was arrested after police say she confessed to having sex with her daughter’s teenage boyfriend.

The boy’s mother called the Pharr Police Department in August to report that her son had sex with his girlfriend’s mother, 44-year-old Claudia Yaneth Lopez, according to KGBT.

The mother said she went through her son’s phone and found suggestive text messages between the teen and Lopez.

The boy, who court records show is younger than 17, was taken to the Children’s Advocacy Center for a forensic interview where he allegedly told police about the relationship.

Lopez was interviewed earlier this month and also admitted to the alleged tryst.

She was taken to Hidalgo County Jail on charges of sexual assault of a child. Records show she’s since been released.
